went climbing at climb asia right after my attachments just now. really miss bouldering man. niway. quite a number of people came down. Mas, Naz, Mei Shan, Rafi, Berok, Hafiz Shireen, Shireen, Umar and Vin. & the dragon boat people also came down.

goodness. every inch of my body aches like hell. cause i've not been bouldering for ages.

i cried today. hah. once i start, i can't stop. & i will start hyperventilating. don't ask me why.
